About me

It’s a cliché, but it’s grounded in truth: There is so much more that unites us as humans than that which divides us. Creating habits, goals, and routines that drive us towards personal growth, health and happiness is what I strive to do everyday. Throughout my journey, I want to help others find what makes them happy and find the courage to do it!

I grew up in Winnipeg, MB Canada competing all over the world as a competitive junior Canadian Squash Player. I competed in both the Canada Winter/Summer Games, Junior British Open + Scottish Open, Junior US Open, Junior Canadian Open and 3 time Canadian National Finalist.

2017 - 2021: I was recruited to compete at  Drexel University in Philadelphia PA on the Drexel Women's D1 Squash team. I set the record for all time most wins in a single season, Captain of the D1 Varsity Women's Squash Team, recognized on the Deans list, and was awarded All-American.

2021 - 2022: After graduation with a BSBA in General Business and Entrepreneurship & Innovation I decided to pursue professional squash. I represented Canada at the World Games and was a 3x Medalist at the Pan American Games.
